Wozniacki, The First Female Athlete To Release Her Own Cryptocurrency

The 28-year-old Danish female athlete ranked as the No. 2 professional Tennis player, Caroline Wozniacki stepped into the cryptocurrency market by entering into a partnership with the Singaporean firm, Global Crypto Offering Exchange (GCOX) to release her own personalised crypto token.

GCOX is a platform which is constantly gaining fame amongst celebrities because it allows them to create, list and trade their celebrity tokens. These tokens are open to the public for purchasing. The celebrity tokens have added benefits which act as incentives for the customers. These benefits include exclusive merchandise relating to Wozniacki and opportunities to have a personal interaction with her.

Wozniacki manifested her excitement by saying that she feels extremely cool to be the first female athlete to launch her personalised token. She continues by saying that she plans on expanding it before many other stars start to step in.

The buyers will have to get the Singapore business token known as Acclaim (ACM). Acquiring the ACM token is the first & foremost step to buy any celebrity token. The ACM token was set for sale in the market from 8th August, 600 Million tokens were available for sale across three tranches.

The cryptocurrency market is becoming an increasingly popular market among celebrities, it is gaining wide attraction and attention. Many celebrities are stepping into the market by releasing their personalised coins. It has been reported that the Filippino boxing star Manny Pacquiao might launch his personalised coin before the year ends. More celebrities like the England soccer star Michael Owen and singing sensation Jason Derulo have collaborated with GCOX to launch their specialised coins. Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, an Abu-Dhabi royalty has also invested in the personalised coin in partnership with GCOX.

GCOX aims to see itself as a global leader amongst celebrity tokens and the first choice for celebrities to launch specialised tokens.
