The increasing popularity of these crypto-token ATMs is not just confined to any particular region, it has been covering up all over the world, whether Detroit to Delhi, or Santiago to Split. In the year 2013, Waves coffee shop in Vancouver, British Columbia was the first-ever firm to introduce a Cryptocurrency ATM. After which, approximately 3000 or more Crypto-Coin ATMs have been established at various train stations, factories, delis, hookah bars, tattoo shops, pubs, and I even pet clinics, in a time period of just 5 years.

General Bytes, a company of the Czech Republic, is informed to have set up around 1,700 Crypto ATMs in more than 50 different countries, since 2014. The firm is also the one which has arranged for the crypto machines in Prague, recently. Apart from this organisation, there are various other players onboard, including EasyBit as one of the strongest contenders. The company commenced in the year 2013 and has supplied four different models of these ATMs across four continents. These firms, however, are focused on evolving themselves across the globe.

At the same time, there are many business ventures who lay emphasis on innovation and other technological aspects for growth. In the cryptosphere, Vault Logic is one such upcoming brand. The Smart ATMs, developed and furnished by the venture allow consumers to trade crypto coins for global cash. Not just this, the machines are designed in such a way that they use an operating system to accept third-party apps. This bestows the customers with an additional feature and service to not only buy and sell digital tokens but make use of them for paying bills or topping up prepaid mobiles.

Yoshi Livo, a crypto-supporter and an entrepreneur, makes a remark in this context.

“Crypto ATMs are now the only way I can have a functioning economy,” says Livo.

It is all a game of the extent to which people from all over the world accept cryptocurrency.
