“Kamikaze” an album by the American rapper and actor Eminem has boosted a public awareness on Bitcoin(BTC). In a track dubbed “Not Alike”, Eminem raps: “Remember everybody used to bite nickel, now everybody doing Bitcoin.”
According to reports, the Kamikaze was launched on midnight of Thursday. The last album “Revival” of his was launched in December 2017.
While the crypto reference is probably not going to raise the value of bitcoin(BTC), it comes as the most recent entertainment industry refers to the top digital currency market value.
Ellen DeGeneres, the host of chat-show took a funny look at cryptocurrency in her show back in February. She stated, “Everybody is talking about bitcoin but no one understands it.”
She commented on investors of bitcoin too that, “You’ll either be a millionaire or you’ll be totally broke.”
The entertainment industry has helped a lot in portraying an image of cryptocurrency by means other than recordings too.
Rapper, 50 Cent’s turn to acknowledge bitcoin for his 2014 “Animal Ambition” album which was accounted for in January to have made him a crypto millionaire, however, he denied owning bitcoin in a court case a month later.

In may this year, Snoop Dogg in New York, performed at an event to celebrate the success of Ripple, a cryptocurrency based on blockchain payment.
