Genmega, a regular ATM manufacturer and LibertyX, the local bitcoin store have entered into a partnership which will allow its customers to buy bitcoin using debit cards. This facility will be available across 100,000 stores in the U.S.
However, Genmega is still not sure about this decision because adding an additional feature of bitcoin vending will depend on the attitude of operators providing the service. Once the decisions are made and confirmed, adding the additional feature will be an easy task for the company. All it will require is a software upgrade which will allow its users to buy bitcoin from regular vending machines. All the information relating to the transactions will be shown in their cryptocurrency wallet.
The new vending machines are designed to be extremely user-friendly. The process of purchasing bitcoin using a vending machine is similar to the process of withdrawing money from the machine. LibertyX says that making the machines easy to use has been their top priority since the beginning. Chris Yim, the co-founder and CEO of LibertyX says that they have been working tirelessly to make the process of purchasing cryptocurrency easy for its customers. He further said that they are trying to incorporate more simplicity, convenience and trust in the entire process.
